Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can switch between Free, PRO and Teams at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

How does Teams billing work?

Teams is billed per seat at $4.99 per seat per month, with a minimum of 3 seats. One invoice covers the whole team.

What happens if I remove a member mid-cycle?

Removing a member frees their seat. Reducing your seat count issues a prorated credit on your next invoice, and adding a seat is invoiced immediately.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free stays available with 1 active tunnel, 2 extra ports per tunnel, and unlimited bandwidth.

What happens if I exceed my tunnel limit?

You will not be able to create additional tunnels beyond your plan limit. Existing tunnels continue to work normally.
